The Mara Montessori Chess Program introduces students to chess in an engaging, structured, and developmentally appropriate environment. Students will learn the fundamentals of chess while developing critical thinking, problem-solving, concentration, decision-making, sportsmanship, and confidence.
Lessons include guided instruction, chess puzzles, strategy, supervised games, and activities designed to help students understand the game rather than simply memorize moves. Instruction will be adjusted to each student's experience level, making the program appropriate for both new and developing chess players.
Our goal is to make chess challenging, educational, and fun while complementing the Montessori emphasis on independent thinking, exploration, and learning through experience.

Executive profiles – A company is only as strong as its executive leadership. This is a good place to show off who’s occupying the corner offices. Write a nice bio about each executive that includes what they do, how long they’ve been at it, and what got them to where they are.
